Jasmine Breeze

Jasmine Breeze was purchased at Tattersalls December Sales on Thursday 30th November 2006.

She is the dam of two winners from two runners: ACCOLATION (Royal Applause) and the three-time winner LINIBERTO (Bertolini).

Jasmine Breeze's fourth foal is a bay colt by KYLLACHY who was born on 4th March 2007. He was sold at the 2008 DBS St Leger Sale for £11,000 and is now in training at Michael Owen's Manor House Stables in Cheshire. He has been named MARCH FORTH.

Jasmine Breeze was covered by PASTORAL PURSUITS in 2007. The resulting foal, a bay colt, was born on 17 February 2008. He is due to be offered at the DBS St Leger Sale on 26 August. Jasmine Breeze's 2009 foal, a filly by AVONBRIDGE, was born on 10 February and the mare is now in foal to Bertolini.

Jasmine Breeze ran twice when in training with William Jarvis. On her first outing at 2, she was a promising 8th of 18 runners in a very competitive maiden at Newmarket over 7 furlongs, in which the subsequent Gr1 Dubai World Cup winner and Derby third Moon Ballad finished second. Jasmine Breeze's dam was a Listed winner and Group 3 placed over 5f. Her half-sister Island Queen is dam of the Gr1-placed Friendly Island, who finished a fine second in the 2006 Breeders' Cup Sprint (Gr1) to Thor's Echo and went on to win a Gr2 sprint in California. This speedy family also features Gr1 Middle Park Stakes winner Stalker. Jasmine Breeze's first three offspring were all sold as foals for approximately three times the nomination fee paid.
